  2. Ensure that when a customer leaves a negative review that you promptly respond. Do not wait weeks or months to provide a frustrated customer with an answer. If a customer complains today, you should respond today or tomorrow in an effort to show that you are on top of it and that you are rapidly working to address their issue. When speaking with the customer, no matter their tone, ensure yours is optimistic and conveys the message that you are here to serve.
  3. Analyze your inventory and the reviews each product receives. If the majority of your products receive positive reviews, though one or two products receive more negative reviews than others, perhaps there truly is a design flaw or something worth addressing on a larger scale.
