Additionally, the company is set to give any employees who are quarantined or diagnosed with COVID-19 up to two weeks of paid sick leave.

As all this commotion continues, many sellers find themselves scratching their heads, unsure of the path forward. Though we are all currently overwhelmed with uncertainty, there are certain things all Amazon sellers should be aware of.

For example, you should know how to cancel previously placed orders that you are now unable to fulfill thanks to the coronavirus limiting manufacturing/distribution. Additionally, you should know how to update your listings if certain products are now unavailable. To do so, you must go to your Manage Inventory page, and from there, select the Active status filter above the product list, locate the product you wish to close and click “Close listing” from the menu.

You should also note that Amazon has said any business whose performance metrics have been affected by the coronavirus may include a description of how their businesses were impacted in their response to the relevant performance notification. They say they will consider this when determining your account’s most recent performance.
