This makes it so those who sell their products on Amazon can easily ship products to their customers from one of Amazon’s fulfillments centers stationed throughout the country. Amazon also has an option that would allow consumers to place orders on your website but have those orders fulfilled and shipped from one of Amazon’s warehouses.

When you use Multi-Channel Fulfillment, you will have to go into Amazon’s seller website and input all of your orders through that way. There are a number of tools that sellers can use to make it easy to have all of your orders ship from your Amazon fulfillment center. If the customer decides to return the product, it will be returned directly from the fulfillment center that it was shipped from even if the customer purchased the item from a website other than Amazon. You should be aware that any orders shipped from an Amazon fulfillment center through multi-channel fulfillment will be sent in boxes that have an Amazon label on them.
